With a heartwarming journey spanning over four decades, Marty has been happily married to his wife, Belinda, since 1978. Their love has blossomed into a beautiful family, consisting of three wonderful adult children and six cherished grandchildren.

Marty’s deep-rooted community spirit shines brightly through his involvement with his local church in Neligh, NE. He’s an essential part of the core leadership team, music team, and small group bible studies. His faith and relationship with his Savior hold a special place in his heart and play a significant role in his life.

Real estate has always been a part of Marty and Belinda’s journey, from buying and selling properties to renting homes and apartments, and even taking on exciting house flipping projects. Alongside their real estate ventures, they’ve successfully owned and operated multiple businesses.
