About Cecilia Holland

Meet Cecilia Holland—a proud Elkhorn Valley High School graduate with a degree in Business and a heart full of passion for her community and family.

Happily married for 21 years, Cecilia is not just a Realtor® but also a devoted mom to 10 incredible kids, each on their unique paths in life. Among them, one is a Veteran, another serves as a Marine Reservist, and one is pursuing higher education. Some are married, while others still enjoy the comforts of home.

As a grandmother to 10 amazing grandchildren, one of whom she helps raise, Cecilia’s family life is filled with love and laughter. She also cherishes her two wonderful sons-in-law—one, an active-duty Marine, and the other, her biggest cheerleader, always singing her praises.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Cecilia is deeply involved in her kids’ and grandkids’ passions, whether it’s cheering at a wrestling match, attending choir concerts, or admiring their artistic talents. Family is her foundation, and community is her calling.

Speaking of community, Cecilia is more than a Realtor®—she’s a force for good. She serves as a board member for Norfolk Buddy Baseball, a member of the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs, and a dedicated advocate for individuals with different abilities. Among her greatest joys is championing inclusivity and supporting those with unique needs. Cecilia also volunteers for CASA in Norfolk, active support for the Special Olympics bowling nights, and serves on the Board for the ARC.

Her contributions don’t stop there. Cecilia is an active member of the Big Bang Boom Committee, helping to create events that bring the community together, and she regularly pitches in with initiatives like Toys for Tots and serving lunch at the Veterans home.

In her real estate career at REST, Cecilia brings the same dedication to helping her clients. As Chair of one of the Norfolk Board of Realtors committees, she’s constantly learning and growing to better serve the people who rely on her expertise.
