About Charlotte Easland

Charlotte Easland achieved her undergraduate degree at UNL in Business Management. At Real Estate Solutions, she focuses her time & talents on providing excellent customer service to her clients. Charlotte realizes the importance of follow-through and going out of her way to provide her clients with integrity-driven, value-added Real Estate Solutions by thinking outside the box to market their real estate. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Charlotte loves to “give back” to her community by being involved locally. She is an active member of the Elks Lodge since 2009 where was the Youth Hoop Shoot Chairman for 14 years, Esteemed Lecturing Knight for 2 years and Esteemed Loyal Knight for 1 year. She was a former member of the Norfolk Middle School PTO where she served as Secretary, Vice President & President, is a Noon Kiwanis member since 2016, and was a Board member for 2 years, as well as the Co-Chair of the Kiwanis K-Kids Club organization for 7 years, where they help develop future leaders in ages 6-12 year old’s. Also, she is a member of Chapter HU P.E.O. since 1999, which is a local women’s philanthropic organization.

She served as a Captain of Fundraising Effort for the YMCA Capital Campaign, and is also on the Norfolk YMCA Board serving since 2013. She was also the Co-Chair of the United Way Division F fundraising annual drive for 9 years. Also, a St. Jude’s phonathon volunteer. Charlotte Easland was the Treasurer of the Norfolk Country Club Ladies Golf Association for 15 years & has served on the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce Board for 6 years. Charlotte was also a Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador from 2000-2012. Charlotte served on the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Day Committee from 2018-2023 and the Oktoberfest Committee.

She is a member of First United Methodist Church where she is an active member & has had her Stephen Minister designation since 2018. Previously, she was a Teammates Mentor for 4 years. She was previously on the Nebraska Realtors Home Buyers Assistance Foundation as a Board member from 2018-2022 and has been a Foundation Advocate since 2021. Currently, she serves on the Norfolk Panther Booster Club since 2020 and has been the Special Events Co-chair since 2022. Also, she is a Medelman’s Lake HOA Member Relations Committee Co-chair and Architectural & Development Committee member since 2022. Charlotte Easland was awarded the Norfolk Area Chamber of Commerce WEB (Women Embracing Business) Woman of the Year for 2023.

charlotte is someone very special to me, she saved me when i was about to be ran over by a semi, she heroically jumped infront of me and stopped the semi with her bare hand then proceeded to throw it into the nearest gas station making it blow up, but its okay because it was vacant and the city had plans on demolishing it
