Kayla Ramsay, born and raised in Norfolk, is a recent graduate from Wayne State College. An explorer at heart, Kayla enjoys exploring new places with her 3 children and husband. The destination doesn’t matter, it’s all about the journey. Always an optimist, Kayla is active in Norfolk’s local Noon Optimist group as well as her church’s Mission and Outreach team.
