Born and raised in Norfolk, Nebraska, Kayla Ramsay is a proud graduate of Wayne State College. Now residing in Humphrey, Kayla is deeply committed to her community. She serves as the Treasurer of the Humphrey High Post Prom Committee and frequently volunteers her time wherever she is needed. Kayla’s dedication to staying active in her community reflects her passion for fostering connections and making a positive impact.
